I wanted to express my thanks for the excellent job that you did last month during the Coaching session at the NASA Project Leadership Program. I found your insights to be both perceptive and instructive and they will help me to make some small but necessary adjustments in my management style.

Enclosed is a pin with the flight crew patch from STS-126, the Space Shuttle Endeavour’s mission to the International Space Station.
