Peggy helped me identify issues that may be more significant than I’d imagined them to be—and then helped me identify ways to address/resolve them. She challenged me, and our conversation led me to come up with ideas that I hadn’t thought of before, that I will use when I get back to work, and encouraged me to prioritize them, too.
