I wanted to express my thanks for the excellent job that you did last month during the Coaching session at the NASA Project Leadership Program. I found your insights to be both perceptive and instructive and they will help me to make some small but necessary adjustments in my management style.
Enclosed is a pin with the flight crew patch from STS-126, the Space Shuttle Endeavour’s mission to the International Space Station. This mission was in progress during our session and just landed last Sunday at Edwards Air Force Base in California. Please accept it with my sincere thanks for all your help.
